Buy Now…AND Refi Later?
Speculation…people love speculation…So I have had a few clients that are in the market to buy that are also planning to refinance their loan when mortgage rates go down. They are also of the belief that once these mortgage rates come down…the price of a home is going to go up…so in this scenario a buyer would be benefiting twice…right?? I mean this makes sense to me…if this happens. Remember…this is all speculation. What is true is that mortgage rates have been declining over the last few months AND the number of homes for sale in Arizona has been increasing in that same period.
So, part of my job is to help interpret the Real Estate Market, but I certainly cannot control it (imagine??!!) So, Buy Now…and Refi Later…For me I would do this all day…and twice on Sunday! But it is important to have a plan and stick to that…you gotta do what you gotta do…and I am here to help you make that plan come to fruition!
